all the even on this game is basically how to draw more money, the developer of this game is super greedy,, they make us war every week, and make hourly challenge.. to get only 2000 or 2500 dias,, but spend more than that to grab the reward,, so basically this game suck alot of your money, if you dont pay on this game,, you will be stuck at level 20 / 19 / or you can be level 22, but take a lot of time and never be competitive. the developer design to be that way.. and if you already competitive one,, you can still be poor and bankrupt , because every week developer will make you war with other competitive one,, the result is permanent, so every week you will be weaker, if not stronger by buying pack or spend more money on this game.. - fact is never lie.. but if you want play for fun, so be it.. just like me,, and you will spend your whole game with only 4 TRUCK to build... the dev design that way again.. the the 4 truck is only good until base 13.. like the game unlock the fourth truck in this game,, but until level 25 you will only have 4 truck ?? is that enough ?? never .. the game told you to buy more truck from the start..

HORRIBLE!!!!! Lots of actions require you to purchase items in order to kive forward. The game is fun at first till they start asking you to buy things to move forward. This is not like normal games where you can choose to buy or not. This is more like either you buy something or stay where you are cause you cant go further without buying it. May cost around $2USD but to be pressured is not fun. We should be given an option or not instead of being forced you cheap game makers! Why dont you beg?

Let me just start by saying when I first downloaded this game I was impressed with the amount of stuff you could build and do but the pvp in this game is weak and beyond frustrating you can work hard to collect resources then close the game and attend real life (just as an example) then return to find that one guy attacked your base 8 time and another attacked your base 7 times your army is in the hospital and you have to heal them for them to even be of any use but of course that can sometimes take 30min in itself and while they are healing you get attacked another 8 times etc etc and all the mean while all the resources you collect are now gone and you yet again can’t build anything new because of it leaving you stuck sure they have shield you can put on your base to prevent people from attacking you but those are hard to get unless you spend real money or try to get crystals to buy them with it’s just kinda dumb for a new player to grow when high level players can just spam attack you until you have nothing to build with so take it from a newer player trying to get into the game who is just fed up with the pvp disadvantage you will always be at its not worth the time and effort to play unless something is done about high level people spam attacking you needs to be a cap of how many times in a day you can be spammed and how many times 1 person can spam you as well as a level cap on how high a level is to attack you “PAY to WIN”

First I feel the developers are greedy, ridiculous amount of resources to upgrade so you buy packs. Game is super glitchy for the amount of money that is spent. If you don’t pay big money you will be bullied as this is a pay to play game. Players abuse the refund and get there money back just to pay again and grow bigger nothing is done. When you need to report a bug, developers do not get back to you. For iOS users not very compatible, I tried to report an issue then had to load a picture and was unable to. I get they wanna make money however I feel more money could be made n more people would pay if it was more fair I’m sorry I can spend a few hundred a month I can’t compete with these players who drop 500 get a refund and spend another 500. I’m not spending anymore money as what am I spending money on so I can buy resources and then get constantly attacked by higher paying players to just steal my resources so ultimately I’m spending money to make these players bigger not for myself. I do not recommend this game at all. Also the events if you don’t pay the events are hard to open the boxes the amount of points needed are ridiculously high so again if you pay and are big this game benefits you as you unlock boxes and gets more resources to get bigger. The developers are making it hard for steal everyone is hurting for steal therefore all bases are being attacked and plundered by the huge players to get bigger.

Last Shelter is mildly enjoyable through the beginning stages- just enough to keep you gaining interest as you level up and strengthen your army. But the further you progress, the more time you have to spend playing as well as there being an increased need to spend money. Just as I got to the point where I had a well functioning city that produced a lot and was capable of sustaining a rapidly growing army, significantly overmatched opponents who had likely paid a bunch of money to get a special “city transport” ability were able to move their city within a 2 minute attack range and demolish my army and farm my resources. All I was able to do was produce enough food to constantly heal my army before being attacked again and start the process over. I’ve basically hit a stalemate and can’t continue construction in order to grow and ever defend myself or alliance members against them. The whole city transport thing is 100% asinine and makes me want to give the developers my money even less than I did originally. So yeah, unless you have unlimited time and a minimum of $25 you’d like to spend on a simple game on your phone, don’t waste your time. And if you do have those things, just go play Tribal Wars- same concept, better strategy and more straightforward.

just another reskinned copy of several other games out there, ok it has better freedom in placing any objects but otherwise is identical. I downloaded through a video that made it look like an ok game what a lie it is nothing like the video. i hate the pvp aspect it's supposed to be zombie survival. and seriously what's with certain letters getting started out in chat as is their explicit what's wrong with say the proper English words purple purpose and number 250 atleast let VIPschat properly!!

I really enjoyed this game. I love the graphics the play and the challenges you have to go through to build your compound. It was quickly becoming my favorite game. However there is a flaw that allows bullying and makes the game no fun. There needs to be a change where another camp cannot attack you more then once in a 24-48hr period or some sort of cool down time. You also shouldn’t be able to attack people within your own alliance. The way the game is now anyone higher then you can attack you all day all they have to do is wait the time it takes for their troops to come back and they can come after you again. I get that the game is competitive and there is the idea like walking dead where you can pillage and plunder but if one person can constantly attack you with no cool down one it’s not realistic and true to a real situation but it also ruins it for the rest of us. I won’t be playing the game anymore so it won’t matter to me whether they do or don’t I just feel bad for everyone else. Also kind of mad I spent money on this game which I never do to be bullied in the end. I feel for the others still playing too. :/

I strongly recommend to not to play this game. You will regret it later, when you get to lvl 10 and higher... if you don't start spending money, the game is unplayable. With every update they make, you get less rewards... you must spend more money. With every new "bundle" or "buff" they introduce, you get less rewards in the game. For example, they introduced these Orange ticket bundles. Now you get no orange tickets in daily challange. Or any other event. You get only one ticket in CoZ challenge, if you hit the third chest. Before this, I had every week at least 10 or more orange tickets. Now you spend $100 on those ticket bundles and what you get? Only 30 orange tickets... and every ticket has only 3.95% chance that you get a orange hero... And because of that most of the time, you get only purple heroes... not orange. This is just an example. They do these "buffs' all the time. Less and less rewards. More and more money you have to spend.

I played the game till BULLYING became a huge problem when a gamer is 3 or more base levels above you it’s like a lightweight trying to beat a heavyweight and then on top of it they’ll gang up on you so you have 3 or more bases attacking . No fair. . Cost 2000 diamonds to move and I wasn’t paying REAL CASH for them. ALSO DIAMONDS don’t go far and why not have gold and other precious medals to spend. ATTACKS:The same persons would hit you even when you had nothing to take over an over. Wipe out your soldiers and by the time you healed some they hit again an again. Meanwhile you loose soldiers permanently and you have no resources to replace them. After you reach a certain level above 10 the game isn’t playable with shelling out real cash and bullying becomes a SERIOUS ISSUE. Game could be a 5 Star game if they fixed issues. And you can’t retaliate when the guy who hammers you over an over is 3 or more levels above your city. At least make it a equal battle. I’m sure they won’t fix it while they’re making money off people. I would’ve stayed playing if they fix the real issues

worst game ever. they are just after money. the system wont let you advance without money. the construction time gets enhanced from some minutes to days i.e. 5 to 7 minutes gets converted to 35 to 53 days and almost all members are fed up with the same problem problem is that you vannot contact the developers.

Enjoyable game but beware the drama and the politics. Seriously drained all the fun out of it very quickly. I spent a fair amount of time playing this but the “rules” are a joke. You can’t attack the top 25 teams in your state, if you do then be prepared for crying and threats to the 5th degree. Seems like the fact this is a game gets lost somewhere along the way. Each state has a president that’s in charge of everything and the one in my state was a total ****. They attack you at will and pretty well do what they please and there’s nothing you can do about it, a level 10 can do absolutely nothing against a level 25 who spends serious cash making themselves “special”. 😂 so if you get into a state with someone like this it isn’t enjoyable whatsoever. The final straw was I reached out to the customer service team for LastShelter with some concerns and asking for some assistance and still haven’t received a response. Potential to be a really fun game but in the end I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, simply not worth it. Game deleted and I’m officially washing my hands of these chumps. WASTE OF TIME, BEWARE!!!

Its very pay to win unless you study the tricks to get around it. Some of the functions of the game get broken such as the updating the avatar picture. Customer service takes a couple hours to respond and may not be effective. The language censor has also gone completely haywire. It censors everything but profanity. Which it makes it hard to understand other players even if they are messaging in your own language.

I never rate games but this game has made me furious enough to post something. Ill be honest and say I have spent money on this app because I enjoy playing to get my mind off of work or a busy day, but to come to a game that doesn’t hold their players to an honorable standard? Not to mention the capacity for cyber bullying with messages, I wouldn’t even let me kid play this game. You’re teaching terrible fundamentals of “if you can pay a lot of money, you can get ahead” or “You can constantly siphon off someone’s effort for your own malicious gain.” The repetition of higher level gamers attacking your base with little to no balance makes the game frustrating. Programmers design games to be challenging in the sense that you invest time and effort to where as you progress through the game you are able to adequately equip yourself. However this game doesn’t honor that. Improve that aspect of the game or you could very well lose the “base” of ethical gamers and your “big fish” money spenders on the game will lose interest because there is no smaller gamers for them to maliciously attack .

So if you are looking for a good build and battle game this one would not be my first choice. This game will require a bunch of money if you want to get past sh18. You really cant gather or battle enough to get RSS to upgrade and at the same time keep your city from running out of RSS it needs. The game is lacking balance on the build side. I would say it is not worth the time...

I will say the game is kind of fun. Good system for building and fighting. The game isn’t original by no means. Another PVP progressive system like many have had before it. This game rewards fighting. Much better progression from being a raider and taking other people’s work. So be prepared to defend yourself in this game soon as your initial peace shield drops Some people keep saying it’s “pay to play”. That is incorrect. It is however “pay to win”. American packages are ridiculously high priced compared to other countries. The amount of resources and time it takes once you get up to level 10 start to really get out of control. To be clear. You don’t need to spend a dime on this game to enjoy it. Just pray you don’t get hit by other raiders over and over again. Some say the game promotes bullying. Not necessarily. The game promotes strife or combat to sell packages. The amount of resources it takes to stay ahead and keep from becoming a farm for the big guys is what promotes people constantly battling for resources. I know first hand as I am one of those “bullies” that is constantly starving for resources and can’t spend $100 dollars a week to buy them. You heard me right. One. Hundred. Dollars. That’s crazy cash for a micro transaction. Decent game. Runs on greed. If packages were 50-75% cheaper on American side I’d probably give it 4 stars. Right now the package cost for USD is way too high.

Save your time and money. impossible to grow in this game unless you spend a bunch of money. top ten alliances have a pact to not attack each other so they only pick on the bottom 10% which keeps you from growing past level 13-15. I've spent lots of money in other similar games but this is by far the worst of them trying to grow. teleports cost to much to do them every day which you need or you get pummelled.

Game is addicting, not usually my cup of tea butviys good. i gave them 4 stars because 1) i had an error problem all day and had to uninstall it. 2) there are not clear instructions how to play, but i eventually figured it out and with the help with my Alliance. Hopefully when i reinstall it, i get my team back!! Everything is gone. I did bind my account, but again NO INFORMATION
Poor developing and uneven upgrades

This game used to be fun until IM30 decided to make constant changes to game play that were different for each states. Stats between states are uneven and yet states go against each other for battle—makes a lot of sense. The constant glitches on rewards for challenges is annoying and customer service only seems to be able to reply with a standardized template that contains a comma after every few words basically telling you “so sorry ,you received correct rewards, you will not see them, but you have them, so sorry, thank you for play,” War glitches and lag have become a normal occurrence costing players many losses of both men and resources. Reply from IM30 in regards was lag happens,so sorry, too many players on at same time, so sorry. Game packs are not worth the purchase and really don’t contain anything exceptionally worth the price. The game had potential but unfortunately the usual greed of the developers has ruined it.

customer service/support are useless, I changed phone and every game automatically transferred to my new device apart from this one. Support have been no help and take over 24 hours to respond each time, and each time you have to start from the beginning of the process. very poor system. glad I didnt spend any real money on the game otherwise would have been a complete waste.

For the first three days it was enjoyable. When you get all your buildings to level 8, you will notice there are many things that remain unlocked and stops your progression unless you spend money. The “diamonds” are simply very expensive and the sales / discount tactics are appalling.... i mean today your telling me that 2000 diamonds ( which i can spend 30minutes on this app) will normally cost me $900!!! But wait for it, if you by it right now within the next 5 minutes ill get it for only $10. Im writing this to you not because i dont wanna spend money but because i dint want to spend money with fake marketing tactics that almost bullies the users into spending money. Its overall an enjoyable gane but after two days it gets boring, monotonous and not worth paying for anything. Like i said make it cheaper with a standard price..... and well probably spend more time and money.

game is great until you ruined the chat logs. it literally censors every word. more normal words are censored than course words are...like "have" "new" "favorite" these 3 words get censored when in chat like why? should have added the option to turn on or turn off a profanity filter. not just filter the entire game and not only filter it, make it filter every single word that isnt even a curse word. it's so hard to even talk to anyone in the chat now. garbage update.

The very first tip-off of a bad game that I look for is... they couldn’t be bothered to fix spelling and grammar issues. That is a plague worse than zombies in this game and it makes some of the instructions difficult to understand. Secondly, where is the underground bunker it shows in their advertisements? I liked Fallout Shelter, which is why I downloaded it in the first place. It’s nowhere to be found. Thirdly, after playing for just a few hours it is obvious that you absolutely need to pay to play or else a bunch of things are completely inaccessible. Also, it’s another game where the wait times are horrendous, you can pay to speed them up. I am sorry, but wait times do not make a game fun, and the point of games is to have fun. Overall, this game is annoying, boring and just another run-of-the-mill cash-grab. I am deleting it now, before people start attacking my underdeveloped city and annoy me further.

Usual get resources build fight game. Ok so been playing this for a while now, and it's clear the game is ruled by a hand full of level 25 players, one of which can pretty much take out a whole alliance if you don't fall in line. Lots of online bullying so beware!. The resources required to move up the levels are staggering!. very much weighted to the pay to win players. In short don't waste your time or money on this game....

I don’t mind that this game is pay to play or grind hard in order to get where you need to be. What I can’t stand is that players of any level can attack you. In 2 weeks I maxed out a level 9 base. But my ‘strength’ is only 100k. It lets players over 1 million attack you over and over. And then doesn’t give you any protection or rebuild time. You can only make 180 troops every 20 minutes. But when these high levels attack it kills all of your troops, down to zero. And then you can’t get back up. Each of my 2 bases hold over 13 thousand. So just add up the amount of time it would take to gain your army back. IF you didn’t keep getting attacked. Unless this is fixed, don’t waste your time. Except for those that want to drop a few hundred dollars on this game. Has potential. But it’s set up to where top dollar players just walk all over everyone and ruin new players.

This is your typical freemium game. It is fun enough and you can develop your base slowly if you don’t pay. What I think really sets this game back is the fact that high level and low level bases are all on the same map. Player can choose which bases they want to attack by looking on the map. That means high level players can attack your low level base constantly since there isn’t any cool down time and steal your resources. I consistently get attacked multiple times (up to 8) a day by the same person. Not to mention any other players that want to attack me. I did throw some money at the game initially but I won’t put in anymore due to the way it is set up. I really can’t see a new player getting by unless they throw a ton of money into the game and level up their base quickly with a ton of $. There needs to be a limit to how many times a single person can attack your base a day/week.

I was gonna rate this game a perfect 5-Stars. Have gotten pretty far in the game without having to spend no more than $6 bucks in some Diamonds ($4.99) and one of those special discounted packaged ($0.99), which you’re not forced to buy in order to advance in the game (but will come in handy if you want to progress faster). So I thought this was a well put together game that doesn’t rip off people....or so I thought. And the the so-called “Supply Arms” option is introduced in order to build a few more Not-So necessary buildings. I’m all for a good deal, but to charge $25 A MONTH (YES! You heard that right, it’s a monthly charge) to keep a feature that only improves you’re ability to advance in the game is OUTRAGEOUS! It’s almost a crime what the developers are trying to do with that SCAM. I mean I’ll probably pay a one-time payment of $25 to keep the feature, but to deliberately mislead people is just wrong!!!!
Completely unbalanced don’t waste your time

This game is about resource management. You can build relatively quickly with little real $$ out flow and get to level 5. After that you are no longer protected from other players attacking you. Their solution to this is to join an alliance, which does absolutely nothing to protect you. At level 7 for example if you use a combination of patience and real $$ you can continue to build by collecting resources, only to have your whole city and your weeks long collection of troops and material wiped out by a level 20 farming down. You will not have any resources to even heal your troops let alone continue building. What a complete waste of time and $$. I spent two weeks building and collecting only to have to start completely over in a hole, not to mention the real $$ I will never get back. I am deleting this game as soon as I finish writing this.

First, this game is a shameless cash grab, with advertisements at virtually every level. Second, the game instructions are terrible, half the time you have to find answers to simple questions on app gamer or some other website. Customer service is unresponsive, taking typically a week or more to answer questions (that should be covered in the instructions). The overall structure favors those who have spent their way to the top, virtually no chance to build your way up. Once your are in a "state" you are at the mercy of whatever coalition of rich players that run the state. No possibility of changing states after a certain very low level. All of this favors the developers quest for real money. Haven't seen such a blatant cash grab since tinycos Family Guy game. Play it for a few levels, but don't spend any real money on it, and be ready to delete it. Not for the serious long term player.

Be ready to go to war in this game. It’s very fun but the developer did something that was not appreciated because it involved a purchase and them fraudulently charging me for something that I did not sign up for. They also slowly had my diamonds disappearing in the game without even touching anything that used them. I had purchased diamonds and they started to steal them back! Total rip off and it was so obvious because I would see the diamonds literally decrease without even touching the screen or any buttons. The developer has yet to contact me about the issue and I have complained to their customer service in the game and also their support email. No response. It’s happening to a lot of players also when I talked to them in the chats. Don’t pay for anything in this game, they will overcharge you and then steal it back. Seeing what I can do to report them

In my opinion this looks like any other command and conquer game, that really is much more reasonable of the resources, I like how its played, the only problem is i Didnt rate it 5 stars is because when i click on the wind power plant it makes a starcraft II building sound, it wouldve been nice not to hear used sounds from other games, but overall its pretty good/amazing. EDIT: Changed it to 3 stars because I heard that if you reach level 10 in game its more of a slow upgrade star trek commanders game EDIT #2: The game is unrealistic; You cant even get the modern technology Such as M14 from Iron, also Why does this sound like Medieval times but mixed? It was a good game until the devs decided it was a forced multi state PvP game. To explain you have a state number that you’re in. Like #25 or #18. The devs decided to make it forced multi state by allowing others to come to your state and making it rewarding to kill ppl. Not that it’s a terribly bad thing but when you have cash paying ppl from multiple states it’s almost impossible to stay alive. It has become a pay 2 win game. Says free but you have to buy stuff to just stay alive. You need rss to train and heal troops after an attack but if you don’t have enough power then you’ll fail. There’s several ppl that pay real money to get ahead quick. There’s several that have 1 mil + power the same level as me but they pay real money to achieve that power. I can’t afford to buy in game stuff so my power is below 50k.

You’re email may be case sensitive, but my buddy needed to borrow my iPad for real life important stuff and I didn’t have to enter my password and had removed pin, and they won’t even email me a password reset to my email. 8 months of playing & some amazing luck with heroes for free down the drain! I made the iPad I lent like new so buddy could put his Apple ID on it. Blessing in disguise as I need to do my gaming on consoles. Still ridiculous that they wouldn’t just send a password reset to my email, but I was about to spend buy a $1 package &/or a $5 &/or a $25, so saved $31 or so bucks. It’s a pay to play, but what game isn’t on phone and tablet, & lots of players spend thousands so IM30 didn’t care about my $31. Buy a PS4 or Xbox 1 and new top of the line TV or anything besides spending that kind of money on a game like this

Flawed game. I enjoyed this gamed a lot for weeks, it became my favorite game even after a few attacks which the last week I’ve used peace shields to protect my base from the ridiculous and constant bombardment of attacks, but today I didn’t get my peace shield replaced in time and in the 45 minute gap I was attacked 4x and lost millions of resources and tens of thousands of soldiers. I’m done. There is nothing to stop high level players from destroying everything and taking everything in minutes what took days to achieve. There is no cap of what can be taken and nothing from stopping a constant back to back attacks until all is lost. I now see this is a constant complaint and this scam company just steals the money of people trying to enjoy the game before they ultimately quit out of frustration. Enjoy my money it’s the last you’ll ever see from me!

This game can be fun if you’re lucky and get with a good alliance. The great people in my alliance are fun, keep me entertained and are the only reason I still play. Actual gameplay is about as exciting as watching paint dry. Very unbalanced and only favors the idiots stupid enough to spend a ton of money on this pitiful cash grab by the developers. I’ve seen people spend hundreds of dollars a week to get their bases and troops strong only to have all that money and work wiped out in 2 seconds by some other idiot that spent more than they did and were only like 1 base level stronger. Greedy developers should be ashamed and balance the game better. Someone 1 level above someone else shouldn’t be able to decimate them that instantly like they can. Play if you like but don’t spend any real money, it’s a total waste if you do.
Customer servers is the worst

Been playing this for several months and have spent quite a bit of money. I was in the middle of a challenge, all within a span of a couple minutes I received a random phone call, hit decline then lost internet a minute later that lasted for a few seconds. Kept going thinking it would catchup once internet came back. I had happened to screen shot my items the night before and after resetting the app noticed they didn’t change. Immediately filed a report and received a message back pretty quick stating they did see I was due the rewards and restating the app would solve it. Did as they said, but it didn’t work. Since then I have filed 3 reports stating rewards are still not there and have been totally ignored. They want to ignore me so I’ll keep my money. Will never play another game of theirs.

I was very hopeful this would be a fun game. After getting past the first due levels and then getting into the game I thought ok so far so good. Since then it’s been a totally different experience. I get attacked every few hours and get completely wiped out to then build some resources back up the have it happen all over again. Not fun and infuriating at the same time. You say build up your defense. Can’t do that against foes that are 3-4 levels above you. To buy a piece shield is very expensive and to have to do that daily seems like the only way to get stronger in this game. If that’s the case then the only way to play this game is to spend money. Oh well another game that had potential but is only out to make money. Disappointing.

Big flaw of this is allowing other players who spent a significant amount of money, I’m taking several hundred dollars easily. To spam your base endlessly, when starting out you join alliance, you get hit enough, you force teleport, when you’re away from the hive you get hit for being alone, teleport again. Rinse and repeat. I understand they need to make money but you’re running off a lot more people to allow this type bullying to go. There should be limit or a cool down period when someone attacks you,NOPE. They hit you as much as they till you’re forced teleport. Cheap ploy to get people to spend money to even enjoy the game. Reviews have stated this since May “18 and they have done nothing to help it. What a tacky move by this company...good luck when no plays anymore eventually.

Every update they break something new. The bug report currently won't allow any photos to be uploaded cause the buttons gone and you can't submit the form without a photo. The devs and account helpers don't speak English and their responses for help to bug fixes make no sense possibly due to lost in translation. Spent real money to recruit a hero then they removed that hero in one update deleting it from my account with no refund then brought the hero back a month later and didn't give it back to me. They have been running non stop pvp for 2 months which everyone now hates and the matches are so one sided it's ridiculous. It's all one big money grab with the game getting worse and worse everyday. To sum up: They are thieving incompetents that regularly make the game inoperable with their bungling.

This game has all the makings of a 4-5 Star game but the Devs are so bad at communication. They release a feature with zero instructions and none of them actually speak English. (Get over it...if you can’t explain something in English hire someone that can.) The game is very buggy and the chat feature is cumbersome at best. Then you have the relentless banners scrolling across the screen obscuring your view! Let’s not forget the new cool down period you enter into after an attack during Kill Event! You have to continually go to another screen to see when you can shield! Lastly let’s look at how poorly the controls are set up. To use a random teleport, shield, you have to go to another screen to access them. How stupid is that?

This game is total crap!!! I have played war z for years... met and bonded with some great people who became very trusted friends! We saw this game that is very similar.. so we form an alliance of trusted friends and family... in less than one week the game knocked me out of that alliance... my family invited me back in! And two days later... surprise to all of us our alliance was slit up and I wake up in another alliance filled with people I don’t know and speak a different language!! I don’t know what anyone is saying and frankly only downloaded this game to start fresh with my friends!!! We have no clue why a game decides who your friends are!!! No thank you!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!! This game needs a lot of work!! I feel sorry for the people who are new to this game and don’t know the difference!

Having downloaded this game and decided I didn’t play it enough to warrant keeping it on my iPad, I deleted it. I didn’t play very far into the game, but I got passed level 5 and it wasn’t the type of game I enjoy. While playing another game an ad popped up for this very game which showed game play that was NOTHING like game play found in this game. It was depicted as a game like fallout vaults, where you are digging down and expanding outwards. There were no mechanics like this in game that I played. If mechanics in a game aren’t good enough to advertise, maybe you should reconsider the mechanics within your game. I will be happy to take down my review or correct it if I am incorrect, but I am sick of developers showing mechanics that aren’t found within a game in ads. It’s called false advertising.

Super glitchy, can’t attack alone unless enemy is empty, way too many stores to purchase stuff, outrageous charges for resource to upgrade low level buildings, this game is not a zombie game, it’s a pay to win war game with a zombie theme. Very disappointed. Also crashes on iPhone and they haven't fixed it since i started playing months ago, also takes an act of congress to talk to support, lag is so bad players teleport on you and attack before appearing next to you so don't bother trying to shield before their attack lands. Players must accidentally click more than 1 star because this game says it has a 4.5 out of 5 star rating but theres more bad reviews than good ones. Developers probably doctored those numbers, at most this is a 2 star game.

Not just this game but all games of type allow people who no how to play some way to opt out of the help. All games like this are annoying in how they teach the but no game ever and I mean EVER was as bad as this one. It made me want to break my phone. Making a road should not make me want destroy something I use this much. Every other game you touch a square and direction and you have a road. My guess is that once the tutorial is over it’s not a hassle so for God’s sake have a way to bypass the tutorial. I saw a review about greedy developers I will never blast someone for putting a price on there work. This game market you make a good product and this game looks well thought out and is graphically appealing I will come back and try again when I no longer want to destroy my phone.
Crappy Shields

Dear Developers, As I admit, I do play this game a lot on my past time throughout the day. However, I as well as other players within my alliance have been experiencing problems in regards to our shields. Why is it that only the 8 hour shields notify you when they are about to Diminish but the 12 hour and 24 hour shields don’t? I am not understanding. I spend a lot of money this game, I would expect it to work as it should. I’m not asking for a refund of any of my previous purchases. I’m asking if you guys can please work out some of the glitches in this game so dedicated players like myself and others can have a good time playing this game. That being said it has potential, but I see some improvement possibilities. For instants perhaps making an automatic distrubtation truck available to everyone for people like me that can’t be on constantly to ensure that my food truck doesn’t have a shortage. Also, I would like to see some daily rewards. The English grammar is really bad. It closes out randomly. The commander image resets every time I start the game. I’d like to see the buildings change as you upgrade them. It gets boring seeing it look the same every time you upgrade it. Like seriously right now Empire Z has y’all beat. From the beginning I was hooked at the idea of building my own shelter/city etc... I could’ve used more tips/instructions, thankfully I was recruited by an alliance and managed to learn along the way. I am annoyed at the Rio off this game is, you accumulate resources and upgrade certain buildings only for said structure to remain at the level it was, or when you collect resources from your personal briefcase, these resources don’t impact the actual amount displayed on the warehouse total...if it weren’t for the friends I have in the alliance, I would’ve quit this time wasting/consuming game. I’ve tried emailing support but haven’t had a response and this is going on day 5... in the beginning I spent money because I was excited to upgrade and get to a bigger level, Now I feel as if the game is rigged to make you spend money or stay at your current level... overall it’s time consuming and doesn’t help keep you interested if there’s bugs within the system not allowing you to advance. Will probably give this another week before I deleted my account and app.

This game is fun until your initial shield wears off. After that you’ll find that it is a completely one sided game for the people who started playing at the beginning. There are a few clans that have individual members so completely overpowered that one player can take down an entire clan singlehandedly. You’ll then spend the next few days (if your extremely lucky to not get attacked repeatedly since you don’t get any type of post attack shield) trying to regain your lost strength only to get attacked again. You basically spend your entire time farming to supply the powerful clans, which to me make this a completely pointless waste of time. Now I see why they bribe you to write a positive review just a couple hours into playing.

Firstly I have broken my phone and Cannot access my account, for some reason there is no email password reset, instead you have to jump threw hoops and have to supply screenshots of paid orders in order to get your account back. Who would possibly know to do this and why should this be needed instead of the email used to make the account. I have been trying to contact developers for the last 2 weeks straight and not heard back a single word. All my money I used on this game is wasted and all my time is wasted cause customer support isn’t worth a crap. Been playing for a year now and sinking money into this game just to loose my account on a basic accident. Game is good but what’s a good game without help customer support, CRAP

I want to withhold any stars on this review until my problem is resolved, but I need to put a number of stars in order for it to be posted. So I guess I have to give one star. I have been playing this game for about two months, and I have been having a really fun time playing the game. However today without warning, my account just doesn’t work anymore. I have reached out to the developers on every single platform I can think of to ask why and to try to restore my account. I have gotten no response. You cannot charge people for game, then cancel their accounts without warning, and then fail to follow up. Unbelievable. Please fix my issue and I will give a review on the game itself rather than the customer service issues.
Bullying from higher levels is getting ridiculous

It’s a fun game. I really like everything about it, except the constant attacks from alliances and players far more advanced than me. There should be some limit to how many times you can be attacked over a certain period of time, or at least a limit to how many levels an attacker can be above your own level. I’ve reached a point where I log in just to heal my troops and train a few more just so I can log in to do the same thing later. I can never get ahead anymore. I can’t attack anyone because my troops are always healing or dead, I can’t upgrade anything anymore because I don’t have the recourses because they’re all spent on healing and training new troops. I’m very close to just giving up.

You start at level 1 but all the big players can attack you anytime, in fact they are rewarded for stealing your resources and keeping you down. The only way to increase is to spend money. Well the game has other countries with an unfair exchange rate of 10/1 so they spend an equivalent of $10 but if your US or Euro you spend about $100 for the same. In other words you better be ready to pay, you better be ready to spend 10x’s the amount of your opponents, and even building an alliance won’t help you. I’m a month into this crap and spent over $150 with a strong alliance just to get bullied by those who spent $20 and can dominate. 3 alliances are all dropping out with us and leaving reviews for this crap. Make your game fair.

Every time I start to make progress this one player attacks me over and over and over again almost every day then he will leave for a couple of days then he’s back doing it again I just want to be left alone have bought peace shields until I no longer have diamonds still no use he just waits it out attacking everyone else in my alliance until our shields run out and then goes back to attacking again he teleports in and out all the time if this doesn’t stop I’m quitting and going back to king of Avalon it’s better and the players more respectful of others. And I’m taking all my friends who joined with me. It seems like bullying to me that they can just attack over and over. Used to enjoy this game not anymore.

It’s a great game but we have rallied against wendell and it keeps saying it failed. My allies are right next to me and join me all the time. Is this a bug?? Please fix update: This app is so unorganized and takes all your money. There are people who are top 5 in power that hit smaller players. I was at 90k and got hit down to 20k. It isn’t fair and should be more organized. Players should be able to hit the same level or a little bit higher if they want to challenge. Every kill event, small people get picked on. My alliance was 4.8 million and turned down to 2.7. What’s the top 5? 17 million! Why the hell would they pick on up? Oh that’s right because top 5 have become alliances together and become allies. I am so close to uninstalling this game. It’s WORTHLESS
Please Don’t waste your time or money

I will be honest and start by saying that the game was fun for a while with great mechanics and missions that help you get the hang of things. It’s fatal flaw however is that it allows and encourages bullying. For weeks I saw lvl 18 and 19 cities plundering and abusing lvl 8 and 9 cities. Players with deep pockets can also teleport their city directly next to yours and attack you over and over again often while you are offline and there is nothing you can do. Weeks of dedicated army building and heavy farming can easily be undone in a matter of 5 minutes. How is that a good game or a fair mechanic. I’m done with this game and I encourage others to not waste their time or money.

At first this game was really fun to play, but as the game went on devs did a lot of changes that many did not like. Most recent change was with DD season 3 where they allowed states to attack each other out side of alliance wars. This has cause major issues and has allowed other states to be bullies and constantly attack(which is okay as it’s a war game). The scariest part is that many in our state have reported another state for being being very racist toward a certain group of players in our state and devs are choosing to ignore this after numerous complains... Racism should never be allowed not even in a game, but these guys are more worried about making money and not going after the ones that are being racist.

Game started out fun but your progress is limited if you don’t pay. Several components in the game have to be purchased. You can use diamonds for some and you will get diamonds in the beginning of the game but that quickly changes. Eventually you will just run out of resources, you get attacked 3 or 7 or more times a day and healing your troops is extremely resource intensive requiring more resources than you can produce in a day. It is impossible to heal, research, expand and feed your population at the same time without paying money. They use all the typical mechanics to try to get you to pay. I wish I could just buy a game and play it without it being designed to get money from you.

To address the elephant in the room, is it balanced? kind of, but the biggest issue, has to be the notification of things, I don't know when or how stuff happens, I missed the entire s2 hero recruitment because of it. The other is the recruit itself, I have a bunch of useless dudes, stop giving me more useless dudes, waste of time and money. The season events are okish, but waste too much time on prep, and theres nothing to do after declaring, which is boring af. Stop with the pay to win as well, we like to accumulate stuff, and if you keep making us buy everything, the game loses its fun, and there needs to be more ways to get stuff without paying. only 4 start until I see future changes

As title, you will learn how to and to be bullied in this game. If you are lucky enough, high level will ignore beginner first few weeks so you can play the game and actual see if you enjoy and willing pay money. Otherwise, as long as you raise your city, they will attack you for plunding resources but still keep you above 0% for next plunding. Top power make arrangement not to attack each other but low level. To enjoy playing this game, you must keep spending money to be on top. I like this game. Everything are great. Fun but people are way too serious

You’d think people live their lives around this game. Basically, if you are busy in real life on Saturdays, you’re expected to just get a bunch of damage done, or pay money to protect yourself. If you bring this up then people basically say to play better. It sort of began to feel like an expectation to be on the whole time, which I wasn’t looking for. I wanted a sort of cute sims city, easy to play while on the bus game. This is easy but you actually need to check in a lot to get ahead (which I was, I was playing at least 30-40 minutes a day!) But if this sounds like your jam, then it is super fun.
Make some serious changes

The game needs A LOT of changes and tweaks. There should be a limit on base level differential when it comes to attacking, there needs to be a limit on how many times a base can be attacked in a 12 or 24 hour period and there absolutely must be a limit on how many times a base can be attacked by the same player. I am getting attacked three to five times a day by the same few higher level players everyday and it is going to just make me delete the game. I also had a guy teleport next to my base yesterday, attack me 3-4 times and then I suddenly was teleported 1200 miles somewhere else on the map.

This game is one big giant glitch. You need certain functions to move on in the game and some of the buildings like power plants and wind turbines just never show up in the build task menu. Beyond that Im told that once you get past a certain point you just get bullied by all the other players ahead of you and it ruins the game...I never even got that far though because there’s no power plant option. Thank God I didn’t spend any money on here which by the way the minimum buy in for a solar panel is 24 dollars. I’m leaning toward this not even being a glitch but a scam to get you to pay 24 dollars for a solar panel because the power plant is just conveniently missing. Emailed support......nothing 👎

Unfortunately if your not in the game all the time your hosed. If your base is attacked all troops Will more then likely be destroyed. That wasn’t what set me off though. It is the fact you get no shield no nothing after your attack on you so the attacks continue. It’s a shame but guess that’s what everyone is out there for now is the quick buck. I have no problem paying for a game make it a somewhat level playing field so I’m not just destroyed every time I’m logging in and I would enjoy it.

Bullying is the key here. The devs allow a much stronger and higher level to attack. I wont spend a dime on a “app game” but there are plenty that do (suckers) and these players will attack you, wipe out all your efforts to grow and will put your little city back to noob days. There are highly annoying constant scrolling banners across the middle of the screen. The developers even allow another player to attack you multiple times. Ie: in one event I was attacked 14 times in a row by a single player within 1 hour, completely wiping out my army and resources. That was 2 weeks ago, and I still have not caught up. Poorly coded, poorly thought out game.

After playing this game for a while, I’ve definitely grown to enjoy playing it. Purchased several in game packages and this is a second time where something was incorrect on the purchase, I sent in a problem feedback and they shut you down. They took 2 days to reply to my message. This customer service is absolutely terrible. You’d think if they see money being spent on your account that they’d try and mend what issue it is you’re having (specifically one error in your purchase you’re messaging them about) I would understand if it was my error but the game did not give me the bonus I purchased! Bull crap!!

The chats are incredibly toxic. Unlike games in the United States, there are moderators to kick out abusive players. There’s also a poorly implemented feature for chats that allow people to share coordinates in state chat or in alliance chat. In state vs state wars, when another state invaded your state for kill events, they also have access to your chat. Making a mistake by posting coordinates of an allied teammate in state chat has lead to wars amongst alliances within a single state. This feature should be taken out. There is also a rampant amount of bots and simply people who play with multiple accounts to get additional resources to one up themselves vs everyone else.

First red flag was that this game has nothing in common with the game from the advertisements other than the theme of zombies. This is one of those games where all you do is upgrade buildings so you can upgrade buildings. Some buildings make troops of one name or another (they’re just an icon next to a slide bar) that get sent via a truck icon that slides across the map until it stops for a minute or two, then slides back with resources to upgrade buildings. I ran across the third instance of the game trying to weasel money out of me just have access to basic functioning tools and realized there is no way it is going to get better.

Greed is definitely the role of this game, I’m glad I read the reviews and some are true and others just don’t know what there talking about. I’ve worked at a gaming development business and they do have a small team that have accounts and wreck some players to try to make them spend money it’s just of there gimmicks. All of these games I will never put any money on them and I know if I upgrade to level 6 its over for me. Evan though they have an ad that’s says building freedom, what a crock you have to pay money to go forward. So the ad is false advertising...

Fun, but the PVP needs a check

It’s pretty enjoyable building up your shelter and managing, the feeling when you’ve saved up that tremendous amount of resources for that *upgrade*... Only to have the same person who is at least 5 times your strength come in and rob you dry for the 4th time, then leaving you weaker for easier pickings on someone else. It ruins any progression, which is probably the core idea to this game, that’s fine and all being similar to other games. But is there no balancing? No player tiers to keep the high rollers with their own and the low levels within their own grasp? It’s not fair.... as for alliances, either you’re being hampered by a high level one in the state you cannot migrate from, or the one that actually takes you in won’t lift so much as a finger to help. I don’t want to dissuade anyone because again, it’s a pretty enjoyable management game... but the PVP is always there and you’re always at risk.
Ruining this game

You guys are slowly ruining this game and making it impossible to play without a large investment. Increase resource requirement but decrease resource production? And then destroy garrison on our farm bases? Making them way more difficult. You are basically forcing people to pay to play. Some of your packs are beneficial but overall greedy greedy greedy developers. And customer support is an utter joke, don’t ever expect help, you will not get it. Only reason it gets two stars is the truly phenomenal people I’ve met playing this game. And all the fun I used to have before your greed made it ridiculous

I had fun with this game for the first few week or so but you hit a wall quick. That wall becomes very expensive to get past and it only get worse! I got stuck in the final fantasy mobile game and eventually quit after spending a few thousand as you were competing against people dropping thousands of dollars at the drop of a whim. This game is exactly that which is a shame as could be fun if wasn’t extreme pay to play. That term gets tossed around a lot in games but it’s usually not true, games like AOC and Looney Tunes for example I have barely dropped $100 and done very well. Game makes me sad!

Game was very fun and enjoyable, but now there are updates increasing the resources needed to upgrade buildings and updates to slow down resource collection. Essentially now the updates are being done to slow down progression and pressure players to spend money on speed-ups and resources. Many players on Line chat are already talking about quitting and finding a different game. I understand the need to make money, but if the developers plan is to just keep doubling requirements in the game instead of making deals that people want to buy, players will find another game to spend money on.

Game play is actually pretty decent and fun but then you have people who are really high levels who teleport into clusters of new people and just keep sending wave after wave of attacks against the other players stealing all your resources. So even if you do spend money to level your base up it’s not enough to stop some other high level player from just taking your crap. The developer of this game needs to make it fair by placing restrictions on players being able to just farm off other players. I wouldn’t recommend this game or any of the developers other games. Just a waste of money and time.

Are these IM30 CS representatives getting paid via customer compliments and golden stars? If so, they must be starving. Expect terrible customer service and employees that don’t conduct even a minimal amount of work to fix the many errors that a player encounters in this game. And yes, this game is “pay to win” if you want to be even remotely competitive. Not worth the outrageous $$ amount. Steer clear and stick to Total War and/or Civilization titles.
Bug Problems

This game was great until it started experiencing bug problems, item recharging issues, item production speed issues, character leveling up/stat issues and a whole bunch of others. It started gaining a whole lot more players and expanding its game features, but the program itself ceased to keep up with the rate of updates. The spent money went onto purchasing spare boxes of resources for insufficient item numbers. But the item numbers stayed the same and the spares are gone? The app then just ate my money, and I’m left with no refund thanks to their close to non functional customer support team.

When I first started this game I loved it. Now I still love but I am basically be force to quit due to the fact that I keep getting attacked. They don’t give you a cool down phase where you can rebuild your military. I have been going through personal matters and when I finally have time to get on I have 0 soldiers I have been attacked 15 times within a 24 hour period. I am to the point where I am giving up because every time I try and rebuild my military I get attacked and I have 0 resources to train more soldiers. It’s just not worth my time

If you do not pay your hard earn money or parents money, spouses money, domestic partner this game is not for you. Too many people buy their way to power and destroy lower end bases, prevent you to grow etc. probably typical in most games like this. I attempted to relocate out of the state I was in and move to another, the server prompted to charge me 2000 diamonds in which I hit accept. The problem was it deducted the 2000 and wouldn’t allow me to move. That was a waste of hard time gathering and chances of getting reimbursed probably slim to none. Do not play this game if you think it’s for fun, highly do not recommend it.

Last month I would have given this game 5 stars and highly recommended it. But after recent changes I’d advise you to stay away. Recently they decided to reduce the resources gained from production while at the same time drastically increasing construction costs. Before you could progress at a reasonable rate. Now it takes weeks, or in some cases months to save up for a construction project. I’m sure they did this to try and force players to spend money buying resources. It’s an obvious money grab. Abusing the player base for cash. I will never touch another game made by these people. They totally screwed every player over.

Now I’m relentlessly attacked not only by random camps all day but also by one particular person over and over. Probably 100 times this week. I don’t finish getting pillaged before I get a notification that another army is inbound. Significantly more powerful than I could even consider being even if I could ever recover enough to even field an army again. It’s pointless to try. I don’t even have any resources so I don’t know the point. Anyway, can’t move away from this guy and can’t recover enough to even think of defending myself. No way I’ve seen to report him or anything. Done.

This game is completely broken. Glitches everywhere. Sometimes the game won’t allow you to place things that you should be able to. It highlights things that you need to click to progress but nothing happens when you click them and you get stuck because you can only click the highlighted item and nothing else. Maybe there is an easy fix that could be done with an update but this game is not playable at this point.

Let me just start by saying when I first downloaded this game I was impressed with the amount of stuff you could build and do but the pvp in this game is weak and beyond frustrating you can work hard to collect resources then close the game and attend real life (just as an example) then return to find that one guy attacked your base 8 time and another attacked your base 7 times your army is in the hospital and you have to heal them for them to even be of any use but of course that can sometimes take 30min in itself and while they are healing you get attacked another 8 times etc etc and all the mean while all the resources you collect are now gone and you yet again can’t build anything new because of it leaving you stuck sure they have shield you can put on your base to prevent people from attacking you but those are hard to get unless you spend real money or try to get crystals to buy them with it’s just kinda dumb for a new player to grow when high level players can just spam attack you until you have nothing to build with so take it from a newer player trying to get into the game who is just fed up with the pvp disadvantage you will always be at its not worth the time and effort to play unless something is done about high level people spam attacking you needs to be a cap of how many times in a day you can be spammed and how many times 1 person can spam you as well as a level cap on how high a level is to attack you “PAY to WIN”

The game seems great at first, but then once you realize you can’t play solo or you’ll be destroyed non stop by those in alliances. You’re forced to join an alliance and then you continue to get destroyed by those that spend a ton in other alliances. Unless you plan to open your wallet and spend big, look elsewhere.

Massive Glitches

I have been playing consistently everyday and noticed massive glitches in the game. The only way to advance in this game is money. LOTS of money. Time is another priceless commodity if you’re willing to wait out the long gameplay and development of your city. I give it one star because it says ‘real time/live game play’ but the glitches are so bad my troop development jumps all over the place and resources along with diamonds do not increase when you are awarded bounces. Also very few updates and improvements pertaining to gameplay. Sorry guys, I really wanted to like this game.

Second, it’s so laggy I can hardly get anything done, and I know it’s not on my end because I have other mass player games like this and they play just fine. Fun for beginners only

They say it’s not pay to win but other players with overmatched gear, armies, and lots of perks constantly farm you once you have a viable base. From then on you basically only have enough resources to heal your armies in time to give another overmatched player a chance to farm you. If you complain about this at all in game they gang up on you and the bullying begins. They say you are whining and that you are “butt hurt”. Then your base gets attacked again by a player several levels above you. The game would be great without the pvp aspect.

Be ready to go to war in this game. It’s very fun but the developer did something that was not appreciated because it involved a purchase and them fraudulently charging me for something that I did not sign up for. They also slowly had my diamonds disappearing in the game without even touching anything that used them. I had purchased diamonds and they started to steal them back! Total rip off and it was so obvious because I would see the diamonds literally decrease without even touching the screen or any buttons. The developer has yet to contact me about the issue and I have complained to their customer service in the game and also their support email. No response. It’s happening to a lot of players also when I talked to them in the chats. Don’t pay for anything in this game, they will overcharge you and then steal it back. Seeing what I can do to report them

I was very hopeful this would be a fun game. After getting past the first due levels and then getting into the game I thought ok so far so good. Since then it’s been a totally different experience. I get attacked every few hours and get completely wiped out to then build some resources back up the have it happen all over again. Not fun and infuriating at the same time. You say build up your defense. Can’t do that against foes that are 3-4 levels above you. To buy a piece shield is very expensive and to have to do that daily seems like the only way to get stronger in this game. If that’s the case then the only way to play this game is to spend money. I was gonna rate this game a perfect 5-Stars. Have gotten pretty far in the game without having to spend no more than $6 bucks in some Diamonds ($4.99) and one of those special discounted packaged ($0.99), which you’re not forced to buy in order to advance in the game (but will come in handy if you want to progress faster). So I thought this was a well put together game that doesn’t rip off people....or so I thought. And the the so-called “Supply Arms” option is introduced in order to build a few more Not-So necessary buildings. I’m all for a good deal, but to charge $25 A MONTH (YES! You heard that right, it’s a monthly charge) to keep a feature that only improves you’re ability to advance in the game is OUTRAGEOUS! It’s almost a crime what the developers are trying to do with that SCAM. I mean I’ll probably pay a one-time payment of $25 to keep the feature, but to deliberately mislead people is just wrong!!!!

I’ve advanced well into the higher end of the game, level 17. You are still ineffectual without paying for items that bottleneck your advancement and efficacy in battle.

Luckily I only spent $4.99 for an intro package after playing about a week and getting to lvl 6. Building my city was challenging and fun. By the time I got to lvl 9, I was attacked multiple times and had my population and resources wiped out. Be very careful about spending any money on this game.

The lower players have no chance against players even just a couple levels above them. Troops die and take lots of time to replace, but wait you can spend real money to shorten the t8mes and barely make the game playable, another sucky pay to play game touting itself a ‘Strategy’ game. The only strategy is to have started earlier than 5he next guy, steal 5heir stuff and kill 5heir hard earned troops. The only ones who win are the “developers” who stole the game play from some other weak money grabbing game.

This game is so much fun until you reach a certain point of trying to build your base up to the higher levels. I'm at level 13 and get attacked at least 8-10 times a day by the same people/alliance losing resources and soldiers. In 3 attacks I lose almost half my troops I've spent days building up. THIS GAME PROMOTES BULLYING. They do nothing to try to prevent this from happening. Not even a cool down period. Honestly, it's a waste of time and not even worth the one star.

More frustrating than fun

It’s fun at first, but you have to contend with people attacking your town at all hours of the night. You have to put up a shield to defend it while you sleep, which costs money (not game money, real world money). In other words, in order to protect the thing that you have put a lot of time into, give them money to keep it alive or get ransacked all night long. I got tired of the a-holes who just attack and deleted the app all together.

First, this game is a shameless cash grab, with advertisements at virtually every level. Second, the game instructions are terrible, half the time you have to find answers to simple questions on app gamer or some other website. Customer service is unresponsive, taking typically a week or more to answer questions (that should be covered in the instructions). The overall structure favors those who have spent their way to the top, virtually no chance to build your way up. Once your are in a "state" you are at the mercy of whatever coalition of rich players that run the state. No possibility of changing states after a certain very low level. All of this favors the developers quest for real money. Haven't seen such a blatant cash grab since tinycos Family Guy game. Play it for a few levels, but don't spend any real money on it, and be ready to delete it. Not for the serious long term player.

Horrible customer support

Firstly I have broken my phone and Cannot access my account, for some reason there is no email password reset, instead you have to jump threw hoops and have to supply screenshots of paid orders in order to get your account back. Who would possibly know to do this and why should this be needed instead of the email used to make the account. I have been trying to contact developers for the last 2 weeks straight and not heard back a single word. All my money I used on this game is wasted and all my time is wasted cause customer support isn’t worth a crap. Been playing for a year now and sinking money into this game just to loose my account on a basic accident. Game is good but what’s a good game without help customer support, CRAP

Fun until the same person attacks you over and over again and the old way you can stop it is spend real money. So that’s super frustrating. If they allowed a shield like CoC or something it would be significantly better.
Censoring

I absolutely LOVE this game, it's five stars for sure. Lately though the censorship had gone crazy. We can't even type "is" "game" or "your" without it being full of asterisks. If this gets fixed I'll definitely come back and fix my rating.
Battles? What battles?

Game didn’t hold my interest. Most of your time is spent upgrading, as well as trying to figure out the confusing interface. As for battles, you can fight but if you are expecting something like Clash or Dominations, you will be disappointed. The bottom line: this is a game that tries to do too much and comes up what short.
Tired of false advertising

Having downloaded this game and decided I didn’t play it enough to warrant keeping it on my iPad, I deleted it. I didn’t play very far into the game, but I got passed level 5 and it wasn’t the type of game I enjoy. While playing another game an ad popped up for this very game which showed game play that was NOTHING like game play found in this game. It was depicted as a game like fallout vaults, where you are digging down and expanding outwards. There were no mechanics like this in game that I played. If mechanics in a game aren’t good enough to advertise, maybe you should reconsider the mechanics within your game. I will be happy to take down my review or correct it if I am incorrect, but I am sick of developers showing mechanics that aren’t found within a game in ads. It’s called false advertising.

Give us an option to turn the censoring off. It’s very hard to decipher what people are saying when half the message is turned to stars, it doesn’t even filter profanity. It filters literally everything, you can’t say the word game. It turns into ****. Once that is fixed my review becomes 5 stars, because truly the game is great and not p2w as most of this genre

This game is nothing like the advertisement. I stuck around for the community but lately the game has gotten a bit out of hand. There’s a lot more lag due to server issues now and the censorship is insane. You can’t type ‘have’ because ‘av’ is censored. Even in the middle of a word. You can barely tell what anyone is saying anymore. Get rid of censorship!

I’ve waisted literally hundreds of $$$$ trying to up grade, only to have crucial purchased diamonds just up and disappear, making it Impossible to upgrade and keep up with the programmers chosen ones, those above 20, who somehow know the second your shields are down, and come and raid your resources. I’ve tried reaching out to their supposed customer service, but no one bothers to acknowledge the missing resources or bothers to answer the many emails. HUGE SCAM, STAY AWAY!!!! I implore you.

The newest update that censors things is getting really annoying and messing up communication big time. Can’t say words like nice, currently, or anything with I c e next to each other and u r next to each other. It’s been causing a ton of problems with communication amongst my state and alliance. FIX IT! Other than that the game is pretty great. Pretty buggy and have to close out the game and reopen it pretty often just to get it to work though
Another Game of War...

If only this game looked like it portrays itself in the ads; controlling people underground in a shelter. Unfortunately, it’s yet another game built on the Game of War model which, by know most of us have learned, is not all that fun. In nutshell: You will need to pay a lot of real money to keep your base from getting obliterated over and over again by players that spend a lot of money. These games create a great imbalance between those who continually pay and those that just want to play. Not recommended.
